Cost and length of sessions:  Due to Covid-19 all in-person services are currently suspended. I have not yet decided when or how to open. I AM able to help you with private yoga sessions over skype/facetime/zoom, however, and I think you might be surprised how much we can accomplish in this way.

  Rolfing® Structural Integration

Expect to be in my office for up to 1.5 hours for Rolfing® SI, except the first session which may be longer for intake.

Yoga

Private Yoga sessions are one hour for $100 at my office. $120 for home visits.
